2 Apples, Cored, Peeled and Sliced 1 tsp. Cinnamon 1/2 tsp. Nutmeg 6 Tbl. Butter Melt butter in skillet, then add the spices. After everything is stirred together, add your apples. Stir them until they are all evenly coated and cover on low. Let them simmer for about five minutes, until they're a little tender, but they have a good crunch left!
