Start with 4 lbs pork baby back ribs put in shallow pan like a sheet pan and bake for 30 min. at 350 degrees then pour off grease. You can keep the ribs together, or slice them into individual/smaller serving size at this point. in the meantime mix together: 1 cup. white vinegar 1 cup. brown sugar 2 cup. ketchup 2 TBS spoon dry mustard 2 TBS spoon Worcestershire sauce salt and pepper (to taste) After you have poured grease off of ribs, pour sauce over top of ribs and bake for another hour basting often.
