Pour 1 1/2 C. Scalded Milk over:
1/2 C. Butter
1 Tbl. Salt
1/4 C. Sugar

Dissolve 2 Tbl. yeast in 2 C. warm water.

Add:
2 C. Flour to milk mixture, beat with spoon
Add:
2 eggs, beat with spoon
Add:
yeast, beat
Add:
2 C. Flour at a time until mixture is right. Grease top and bottom and let rise until double in size. Divide into four equal parts and put in bread pans. Let rise for 45 minutes and bake at 350 until it smells right.
Pull out and brush with butter.
